My Cancellation Policy for Consultations and Follow-Up Appointments 1. Consultation Appointments: • Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, I kindly ask that you give me at least 48 hours’ notice. This helps me manage my schedule and ensures I can offer the time to another client who may need it. • Late Cancellations: I understand that things can come up last minute, but I do appreciate timely notice. If you have to cancel within 48 hours of your consultation, just let me know as soon as possible. • No-Shows: If you’re unable to make it to your consultation and can’t let me know in advance, please reach out afterward to reschedule. Consistent no-shows might mean I’ll need a confirmation for future bookings. 2. Follow-Up Appointments: • Cancellation Notice: For follow-up appointments, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
